Get seated in a comfortable space where you won’t be distracted. Bring your cup of Cacao, a notebook, a pen, and a water bottle. We will begin our meeting by blessing your cacao, discussing the New Moon + Ceremonial Cacao, followed by a guided meditation and energy healing, and I'll offer time for questions at the end of our ceremony as well.
