Open your heart through a cacao ceremony. You'll get to experience the plant medicine of cacao, a sound bath meditation, shamanic drumming, energy healing, + an evening in community.

Please feel free to bring items or pictures for the altar that represent your intentions. These will return home with you. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, a journal, a pen, + a bottle of water.

I'll offer you a cup of ceremonial cacao, a card pull, and guidance to tap into your intuition before our meditation and sound bath.
