The Goddess Retreat is a 3-night women’s retreat. During this retreat weekend, you will explore what it means to connect to the divine feminine energy and go on a journey of self-discovery with the healing of sacred plant medicines so that you can feel empowered in your authentic self.
Through this exploration with plant medicine, you may receive powerful downloads from the cosmos, energetic re-patterning, replace self-limiting beliefs, transmute your blockages, and awaken your intuition so that you can finally put the past behind you, stop feeling stuck, and move forward toward your dreams.
During this retreat, you will experience two shamanic ceremonies with Grandfather medicine. You have the opportunity throughout the weekend to experience sound baths, shamanic drumming, movement, meditation, breathwork, chanting, energy healing, and a beautiful connection to spirit.
Location: Kentucky. About 90 minutes to 2 hours outside of Louisville.

Friday
10 am Divine Feminine Reclamation Ceremony. This will be a beautifully guided day filled with Yoni Steams, Meditation, Sound Baths, Yoga, Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance, and Good Food.
8 pm Sound Circle
Saturday
10 am Sacred Ceremony. This will be a day we follow the organic flow of the medicine. You’ll have access to healing, sound, breathwork, and good food.

There are shared beds and rooms. All the food is planned for the weekend with your sensitivities and particulars in mind.
We will be staying at the retreat space for the entire weekend. Time to explore the city would need to be before your arrival on Thursday, July 25, or after your departure on Sunday, July 28.
