Description: Intuitive Movement and The Jessica Tanselle are coming together for a night of Cacao and Ecstatic Dance, silent disco style. During this 3 hour event, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the powerful heart-opening medicine of cacao paired with guided meditation, ecstatic dance, and reiki. 

This event will allow you to open your heart and deeply connect back to yourself and your body. Journey into the heart, find your voice, and allow your movement to set free any limiting beliefs. Learn to transmute your energy and call back your power through an intentional ceremony.

What to bring: a journal, pen, water bottle, any crystals or spiritual tools that call to you, + something that represents your intentions to add to the altar.
